    • Bi-weekly meetings with the whole group for 3 months

    • Minimum of 2 people per group

    • Group grocery shops and cooking

    • Group workshops and activities exclusive to your cohort

    Single Sessions

    • Flexible, stand-alone appointments, check-ins, or add-ons to an existing program

    • Note: comprehensive wellness assessment must be completed before any single session may be booked. This can be done in a separate meeting.
